Co-owners Jose Aranda and Kristen Valdez teamed up to combine their talents and launch JAG Builders in 2019.
Since then, Jose and Kristen have built a team of hard-working people who share their vision of delivering a better home-building and construction experience in Austin, Texas.
Jose started in the industry in high school, working with his father in the family’s construction business. After high school, Jose served for six years in the United States Navy. Working as a Seabee, he gained extensive hands-on training and knowledge while building bases in the Middle East.
Jose also has his associate’s degree in construction management and works alongside the JAG Builders crew on every project.
Kristen specializes in organization, client communication, scheduling, financial management and design collaboration. She works hard to clearly and respectfully communicate with the clients and ensure they understand the process from beginning to end.
